LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – An Indiana man is facing charges tonight after police say they found him naked in a stranger's yard claiming to be Jesus.
It happened in Johnson Fork, just south of Lexington.
A homeowner called the police to report a man taking things from his car and poured gasoline around his yard.
When police arrived, they found 26-year-old Austin Johnson laying in the grass near the home.
They say he would not tell them his name, saying quote "he may be Jesus."
Johnson is now facing multiple charges and is being held at the local jail.
