INDIANA (WHAS11) - An endangered barn owl is recovering after being shot in the foot in Indiana.
A Perry County barn owl was checked into the Dwight R. Chamberlain Raptor Center at Hardy Lake after being shot this week.
Indiana has less than 50 pairs of barn owls.
