LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – One person has died following an accident involving a motorcycle on Preston Highway.
Around 9:45 p.m. July 19, police responded to an accident between a car and a motorcycle in the 5300 block of Preston Highway.
According to the preliminary investigation by police, the driver of the car turned in front of the motorcyclist who had the right of way.
The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No one in the car was injured, and alcohol does not appear to be a factor.
No charges are expected.
