Thanks to ICAN, you can have another chance at Taylor Swift tickets

The tickets will be for Swift's Nov. 2 show at Lucas Oil Stadium.

INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Canine Assistant Network (ICAN) is auctioning two tickets to Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in Indianapolis

The tickets will be for Swift's Saturday, Nov. 2 show at Lucas Oil Stadium.

"We are giving away two tickets to her Nov. 2 concert and the seats are in the quarterback suite," said ICAN communications manager Samantha Thompson.

The nonprofit hosting an online auction, places service dogs with adults, children and veterans living with disabilities.

"There is a lot that goes into training one of our service dogs. It costs us about $30,000 to train a single service dog, so we really rely on initiatives like this to help us train and place as many service dogs as possible," Thompson said.

ICAN officials said the proceeds from the auction will benefit the local service dog organization, which is the only accredited service dog organization in the state.

The auction is open now and will run until noon on Thursday, Oct. 31.

The highest bidder at the time will win "A Night with Taylor Swift in Indy" package, which includes:

  • Two tickets for the Nov. 2 concert, which are in the Quarterback Suite (this includes a buffet, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages).

  • One night stay at the Hampton Inn in downtown Indianapolis, checking in on Nov. 2.

  • A $100 VISA gift card to enjoy dinner or brunch in downtown Indianapolis.

The package is valued at $4,400 and officials said the winner will be announced by 5 p.m. on Oct. 31. Bidders must be 18 years or older.

What would you do for Taylor Swift tickets?

13News asked people around Indy: What would you do to score a pair of tickets?

"I would move all across the world to America," Netta Halttunen from Finland said.

"I'd clean my parents entire house," Harper Wallace said.

Of course, winning tickets would be even better.

"I would scream. I would literally scream. I would be so happy," said Ainsleigh Wallace, who also said she would do 100 jumping jacks to score concert tickets.

When others heard it could cost as much as a mortgage payment to see Taylor Swift, their reaction quickly changed.

"Oh my gosh! Wow! That's a lot," said Veronica.

Let's just say Veronica won't be paying that much.
