LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The411: September has been a busy month for music festivals. We are now in the second leg of the trifesta. It’s the World’s Largest Bourbon Festival. Bourbon and Beyond will be September 20th through the 22nd.
The three-day festival will be held at the Highland Festival Grounds at the Kentucky Expo Center. Over the three days you will hear groups like the Foo Fighters, Robert Plant, the Zac Brown Band and ZZ Top just to name a few of the many artists performing on multiple stages.
You will be able to enjoy great music, food from celebrity chefs alike Anthony Lamas and Edward Lee as well as bourbon from area distillers. Organizers call this a perfect blend of bourbon, food and music.

The promoter came up with the trifesta because they are bringing three big festivals to the city. Last week it was Hometown Rising, this week is Bourbon & Beyond and next week it will be Louder Than Life.
