LOUISVILLE, Ky. — According to a local philosopher, there is a bright side to frustration and those negative emotions can have a positive impact on your life. Dr. Andreas Elpidorou is a philosopher at the University of Louisville and he will be presenting the “Bright Side of Frustration” in a free, fast class. In the class, he will talk about how frustration leads to energizing opportunities and about the benefits of boredom.
