LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A new movie coming out in September has some familiar Louisville sights.

The 'Amber Alert' trailer, released by Lionsgate almost a week ago, features footage of 'Spaghetti Junction', West Main Street and the iconic Louisville skyline.

The movie follows Jaq (Hayden Panettiere) and Shane (Tyler James Williams) as they tail a car that is described in an amber alert.

The trailer starts with a young girl named Charlotte (Ducky Cash) getting abducted right in front of her mother. An amber alert is then issued.

Shane, a rideshare driver, and Jaq, his passenger, are in the car when they get the alert, and realize they're behind a car matching the description of the kidnapper's vehicle. They then start following the car while staying in touch with law enforcement until they lose service.

It becomes a race against time to rescue the little girl according to the trailer.

Panettiere made her television debut in 1996 with an appearance on the show "Aliens in the Family" according to IMDb. Since then, she's starred in 'Remember the Titans' and 'Scream 4', and voiced characters in hit games like the 'Kingdom Hearts' series and 'Until Dawn.'

Williams first appeared on television as a character on 'Sesame Street' according to IMDb. He's most famous for playing Chris in 'Everybody Hates Chris' and for his role in 'Dear White People.' His most recent series is ABC's hit show 'Abbott Elementary.'
