LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Louisville baker's dream was to appear on the Food Network. And that dream came true.
Courtney Norris appeared in this year's "Christmas Cookie Challenge," and she won the grand prize.
In a post on social media, she said she had been applying for the chance to compete for years.
Her competitors included Casey Bates from Washington, Nicholas Pravato from Florida, and Sharon Kinikin.
Norris said "meeting [them] was a joy and I know we will be friends forever!"
She owns "The Pocket Bakery" in Jeffersontown.
