LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Grayson Nursing Home in Leitchfield, Kentucky says they've been doing these welcome home parades since their residents started recovering.
They say so far, that number is 17 and they've held three parades.
This last video posted on their Facebook page is receiving a lot of love.
"It's been a big deal, I think the families appreciate and I know the residents do and the employees get a kick out of it too. They're hollering and screaming when they come down through there, so it's been pretty fun," Jeffrey Baxley, an administrator at Grayson Nursing & Rehabilitation, said.
The videos are shared on the homes Facebook page to give friends and family an opportunity to see how their loved ones are doing.
At a time when you're forced to be separated from your loved ones, the staff says they're stepping in to highlight these big accomplishments.
