LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Louisville couple is feeling extra special after a memorable moment during Saturday night’s Pink concert at the KFC Yum! Center.
Raquel Macaulay was just feet away from Pink as she was performing when she proposed to her partner Rae.
Raquel said she planned for the moment when Pink was singing “Perfect” because Rae is a fighter, surviving cancer more than once.
The loving moment even got the attention of the crowd and Pink.
“Did you say yes? Please say yes,” Pink asked.
When they motioned yes, Pink cheered and cheerfully said, “The first 20 years are the hardest.”
Raquel told WHAS11 News she knew the moment would be unforgettable and said Rae deserves all the "happiness and joy in the world".
The couple is also reaching out to concertgoers in hopes of finding more video or photos of the moment.
