LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Bardstown Road staple that has been around for decades is now up for sale.
The Mid City Mall property in the bustling Highlands neighborhood is more than 11 acres according to Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Kentucky's website.
With entrances on both Bardstown Road and Baxter Avenue, the sale brokers said it's a rare opportunity for investors to get a mixed-use development in Louisville.
If you're driving, it is minutes away from Cherokee Park, NuLu and downtown.
The Mid City Mall is home to several businesses, including Nearly New Shop, Caravan Comedy Club, Baxter Avenue Theatres and Ramen House.
In May 2024, owner Sandra Metts-Snowden said it’s possible the property could sell in the next year, if the right offer was put on the table, but would not elaborate on what type of businesses they were considering. She also said she had been fielding inquiries and offers for the entire plot of land over the last five years.
According to the real estate website, the price is negotiable.
The mall's property value is assessed at $11.3 million.
