LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A popular staple on Bardstown Road in Louisville has seemingly shut its doors for good just days after surrendering its liquor license.
Café 360 appears to be closed after a large "available for lease/sale" sign appeared on the front of the business and could be seen Thursday.
According to Brandon Bowen, with Louisville's Department of Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC), Café 360 surrendered its state and local liquor license last week. He said the Highlands bar was still able to serve food, however.
For months, Cafe 360 has been embroiled in a battle to keep its liquor license.
Kentucky's state ABC has wanted the bar's ability to sell alcohol revoked after a fight broke out and someone drew a firearm back in May. And in June, Louisville's ABC issued a "criminal activity nuisance violation" against the bar for allegedly selling alcohol past 2 a.m.
Earlier this year, Café 360 voluntarily suspended its extended liquor license for six months due to a fatal shooting in March.
WHAS11 has reached out to Café 360's owners for comment, but have not heard back at this time. This story will be updated once we do.
