LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A staple near the Iroquois neighborhood has been listed for sale.
According to Kentucky Commercial Property Search’s website, Colonial Gardens is listed at $4.9 million.
The historic 18,697-square-foot property across from Iroquois Park was used in the early 1900s as a dance and dining hall.
Underhill Associates began redeveloping the property in 2017 and it fully reopened in 2021.
Colonial Gardens currently has four restaurants – Hakkaido Ramen & Sushi, Costa Del Sol, Craft House Pizza and the B.A. Colonial -- plus off-street parking for 74 vehicles.
The listing says there's also the opportunity to buy the barbecue restaurant across the street.
