LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville's about to get a whole lot sweeter this July.
Crumbl Cookies is opening its second location in Louisville at 4110 Summit Plaza Drive in the Paddock Shops. It will be located right beside the Barnes and Noble.
The store will feature six of its 200+ rotating flavors during its grand opening week starting July 15. Each week, five to six new flavors are chosen to be featured on the menu.
Some popular favorites include Apple Pie, Cornbread, Cookies & Cream, S'mores, Key Lime Pie, Buttermilk Pancake, Galaxy Brownie and many more.
Aside from satisfying the community's sweet-tooth, the store is bringing with it more than 50 job opportunities.
Louisville-native store owner, Rick Diamond, said in a press release he "can't wait to serve up delicious treats in Crumbl's 'perfectly postable' pink boxes, to cookie-crazed customers.'"
The Paddock Shops location will be open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on the weekends from 8 a.m. to midnight.
When the store opens, customers will only be able to place in-person orders for the first five business days, however starting July 20, the store will offer delivery and curbside options.
Louisville's second Crumbl location is in Middletown, but the company operates more than 450 stores in more than 40 states across the country.
