LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A vibrant all-green event space will be opening in the heart of Germantown this fall and you can start booking events now.

Free Space Management LLC announced in late April that Greenhaus is expected to open later in fall 2022.

According to a press release, the venue will located at 986 Swan Street.

Once the 12,550 square-foot space is completed, it will feature a spacious 7,250 square-foot indoor area and a 5,300 square-foot outdoor courtyard.

Greenhaus, which is a nod to Germantown, is being created to provide people with the perfect light-filled backdrop for any custom event.

According to the release, the space is designed with clients in mind and will be able to host a variety of events including weddings, corporate events and other social gatherings.

Christy Babb, CEO of Free Space Management LLC, said that she and her staff are excited to unveil Greenhaus to the community.

“Greenhaus, will bring even more people to the uniquely diverse Germantown/Shelby Park neighborhood,” she said. “Further cementing its status as a must-see, must-do entertainment destination in Louisville.”

Once the venue is opened, Babb said there will be a series of launch parties for neighbors and the public to enjoy.

Wild Hops Brewery, a Louisville brewery, will be the exclusive spirits provider of Greenhaus.
