LOUISVILLE, Ky. — It's 5 o'clock somewhere! A slice of Jimmy Buffett's paradise is coming to Louisville in 2021.
Margaritaville Holdings announced it will open a Margaritaville-inspired hotel in downtown Louisville at 522 S. Fourth Street, less than a block away from Fourth Street Live! and two blocks away from the Kentucky International Convention Center.
The 150-room hotel will feature a 5 o'Clock Somewhere Bar and Margaritaville Restaurant. Construction on the project is expected to begin later this year.
