LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A brand new social hall opened on Whiskey Row in downtown Louisville on Thursday.
Number 15 features five floors; the ground floor is dedicated to the sports bar and late-night kitchen that's open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily according to the website.
The first floor, or "Main Stage," is for the music and bar that has a rotation of different distilleries and breweries.
The "Balcony Bar" is the second floor and it features both an outdoor and indoor balcony.
The vibe its creators are going for is "Whiskey Row gets hint of Bourbon Street," according to the website.
The event spaces are on the third floor, and they'll be open in summer 2023.
Then finally, the penthouse is on the top floor, and it's a three-bed, two-bath suite anyone can rent.
The historic building is where a young Pappy Van Winkle got his first job after college.
To celebrate the grand opening, for the next four nights, Number 15 will have free live music on the main stage, as well as drinks from Kentucky craft breweries and distilleries.
