LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A new locally-owned, witch-themed coffee shop opening this month in Louisville is serving all the magical, cozy vibes we need ahead of the spooky season.
Witches Brew Coffee is located at 1813 Frankfort Avenue near The Silver Dollar and Hilltop Tavern. The building was previously occupied by Phantom Cafe Modern Eatery & Catering in 2022 and Bougie Biscuit in 2020.
According to their Facebook page, Witches Brew Coffee will offer bewitching brews, spellbinding treats and even tarot card readings. They will be open Tuesday through Sunday, click here for its store hours.
"Step inside and be transported to a world where cozy meets magic. Whether you’re seeking a potion to start your day, a quiet nook for spellcasting (or just reading), or a gathering place for your coven of friends, we’ve got you covered," Witches Brew Coffee said in a Facebook post.
The coffee shop's grand opening will be Friday, Aug. 30 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The first 78 customers who arrive will receive a free single card reading with their purchase (one per customer), according to Witches Brew's owner.
"Join us for some bewitching brews, teas, and tarot. We're excited to see you," Witches Brew said in a Facebook post.
