FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - Thirty-nine cadets have graduated from the Kentucky State Police Academy.
State Police said in a news release that ceremonies for the 94th cadet class were held Friday in Frankfort.
The class began in May with 66 cadets. Twenty-seven resigned during the 23-week rigorous training cycle.
The graduates include four women. Sarah Burgess of Lexington earned special recognition as the class valedictorian.
