NELSON CO., Ky. (WHAS11) – Brooks Houck, the former boyfriend of Crystal Rogers and the main suspect in her disappearance, has been indicted on theft charges, according to the Bardstown Police Department.
Houck faces four felony counts of theft by unlawful taking and four misdemeanor counts of theft by unlawful taking. He allegedly took roofing shingles from the Lowes store in Bardstown on April 1.
Houck is currently being held at the Nelson County Jail and will be arraigned on August 2.
