(WHAS 11)--In Kentucky court, Kim Davis is blaming Governor Steve Beshear for all of her legal woes.
Her attorneys filed a 40 page court document Sept.23 claiming Governor Beshear took command of county clerk's offices by issuing a letter to county clerks directing them to issue marriage licenses to all couples.
Davis stopped issuing, and as a result spent six days in jail.
Governor Beshear has asked the court to dismiss this suit.
