LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Santa Claus made a guest appearance in the Commonwealth Saturday night for the 43rd Light up Louisville!
The event was moved back a week this year to give city employees the opportunity to spend Thanksgiving with their loved ones.
Live music, Vendor Village open for holiday shoppers, and the Lots of Lights Parade - a crowd favorite.
But what really brought everyone downtown was the Jolly Man himself, with kids of all ages excited to see Santa Claus and tell him what they want for Christmas.
Santa brought the magic plug that lit up Louisville with tens of thousands of lights, including the 45-foot tall Christmas tree. While the Zambelli Firework Show lit up the skies.
