LOUISVILLE, Ky. — An 18-year-old is in the hospital after he was shot inside a southwest Louisville home Tuesday night.
At about 10:30 p.m., Louisville Metro police responded to a shooting in the 4100 block of Riedley Road, according to an LMPD news release.
Officers on scene found an 18-year-old man suffering from a single gunshot wound to his leg. The victim was taken to UofL Hospital.
Investigators believe a person or persons shot multiple rounds inside the house before fleeing the scene.
LMPD's Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is leading this investigation.
