NEW ALBANY, Ind. — A man is in the hospital and another man is under arrest after a shooting Tuesday morning in southern Indiana.
At about 6 a.m., New Albany Police Department officers responded to a shooting in the area of 928 East 8th Street, according to an NAPD news release.
Officers on scene found a man suffering from a gunshot wound outside of the residence. He was taken to UofL Hospital where authorities say they expect him to survive.
At the same time, a man was apprehended outside of the residence. At this time, no charges have been filed and police are not releasing anymore information.
