LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Triple murder suspect Brice Rhodes is facing additional charges after police say he threw urine at a correctional officer and tried to assault another.
Rhodes now faces 3rd-degree assault and terroristic threatening charges in addition to his prior charges.
He is charged in the deaths of two teenage brothers as well as the death of a 3rd person earlier in 2016.
This isn't the first time Rhodes has been a disruption to the judicial process.
In September he was charged with threatening a judge.
That same month, he was caught on a jail courtroom camera, spitting on a man as he left.
In May, Rhodes allegedly spit on his attorney, after learning he dropped the case because of a conflict of interest.
Rhodes' next court date is in November.
