CARROLL CO., Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Carroll County Sheriff is facing multiple charges.
Jamie Kinman is charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of theft of a controlled substance, according to Kentucky State Police.
The state police say Kinman went into a Carrollton home twice and took hydrocodone pills while wearing a police uniform.
Kinman was arrested on March 22.
The investigation is ongoing.
Back in 2013, he was charged with misconduct and tampering with evidence.
