Three people arrested, accused of selling THC, nicotine products to Louisville middle schoolers

A tip to a D.A.R.E. officer led to the arrests of three people in Jeffersontown.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A tip to a D.A.R.E. officer reportedly led to the arrest of three people who were accused of selling THC and nicotine products to middle schoolers in Louisville.

Devon Hemingway, Kaleb Lee, Puja Katwal were arrested after detectives executed a search warrant, according to a Jeffersontown Police Department social media post.

Authorities found a "significant quantity" of THC products, a stolen handgun, cash, numerous credit cards, credit card readers and a drug ledger.
