JEFFERSONTOWN, Ky. — A suspect in a deadly triple shooting last week in Jeffersontown turned himself in Tuesday morning.
At about 4 a.m., 19-year-old Sebastian Malone turned himself into police, according to a Jeffersontown Police Department Facebook post.
Malone is charged with murder, assault and wanton endangerment in relation to a triple shooting that left one person dead.
According to Jeffersontown Police, the incident happened around 1:21 a.m. on Friday, April 19 in the 9900 block of Taylorsville Road.
Officers at the scene found three people suffering from gunshot wounds.
In their initial investigation, police said a verbal dispute between Malone and the three acquaintances had escalated into an “altercation” that led to Malone firing upon the victims.
One of the victims, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other two were taken to an area hospital for treatment and listed in stable condition.
Malone's arraignment is scheduled for Thursday, April 25 at 9 a.m.
