LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville police are investigating after two men were shot Wednesday morning in the Algonquin neighborhood.
Just past midnight, Louisville Metro Police responded to a shooting in the 1600 block of West Lee Street, according to an LMPD news release.
Officers on scene found two men suffering from gunshot wounds. One man, in his 60's, was shot in the clavicle area and was transported to UofL Hospital where officials say he is expected to survive.
The second man was possibly grazed by a bullet, was not transported to the hospital and remained on scene, authorities said.
LMPD's Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call LMPD's anonymous tip lines at (502) 574-LMPD or utilize LMPD's Crime Tip Portal online.
