BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WHAS11) – A Bloomington man has been arrested after an alleged sexual interaction with a minor, police say.
According to Indiana State Police, 28-year-old Joshua Wright was found in the 15-year-old girl's bed by her parents after checking on her. Both were unclothed.
Police say Wright met the girl on Facebook the night before and the investigation revealed he had sexual intercourse with her before the parents entered the room.
Police believe the man gained entry to the home through the window in the girl's bedroom. The parents held Wright until authorities arrived.
Wright was arrested and is facing two counts sexual misconduct with a minor. If convicted on the charges he faces up to 12 years in prison and a fine up to $10,000.
Wright is currently booked at the Monroe County Jail.
