LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Kentucky's former medical examiner was on the stand Friday in the Josh Young trial.
George Nichols explained what he believes happened to 14-year-old Trey Zwicker the day he was murdered.
Despite witness testimony that Young used a baseball bat to help kill Zwicker, Nichols said he believes a linear rod-like item was used and he used clay impressions of a Louisville Slugger and plumbing pipe to demonstrate his theory.
WHAS11's Brooke Katz has more on what happened in court in the video player above.
