(WHAS11) - A former Hardin County PNC investments employee was sentenced to three and a half years in prison after pleading guilty to bank fraud.
William Hernandez, 41, of Radcliff admitted to transferring money from investment accounts into bank accounts and then he said he issued cashier's checks to himself.
Court records show this happened between October 2006 and June 2010.
As part of his plea deal, Hernandez has also been ordered to pay more than $450,000 in restitution.
