LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- A Jefferson County grand jury handed down a new indictment against Brice Rhodes, the man accused of killing three people, including two teen brothers in May.
The intimidation and terroristic threatening charges stem from a September hearing where Rhodes made comments that were viewed as threats against Judge Amber Wolf.
Because of that courtroom drama there were as many as nine law enforcement personnel in the courtroom on Nov. 17.
Also in court, were friends and family of the victims--Christopher Jones, Larry Ordway and Maurice Gordon.
Prosecutors said they plan to file even more evidence soon.
Co-defendants Anjuan Carter and Jacorey Taylor were not at Thursday’s court appearance.
