HENRY COUNTY, Ky. — According to the Henry Co. Sheriff's Office 19-year-old Fredrick Smith was arrested following a complaint warrant filed by Eminence Police Department.
Henry Co. Sheriff's Office says, in December 2018 two juvenile complainants reported to the principle at Eminence Independent School that the suspect had posted several photos of the minors to Instagram.
Eminence Police were contacted by the school and conducted an investigation identifying the suspect as the creator of the Instagram accounts.
The suspect admitted that he had both possessed and distributed the material.
Smith is charged with Distribution of Obscene Matter to Minors and Possession of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by Minors.
