LOUISVILLE, Ky. A Louisville man facing human trafficking charges was arraigned.
Dennis Elliott, 34, is accused of forcing a 23-year-old woman to have sex with as many as three or four men at one time and hit her if she refused.
A Jefferson Co. district court judge sent the case to a grand jury for a possible indictment.
Police said on occasion Elliott would choke the woman and burn her with cigarettes if she didn't obey.
Police said the victim gave them information identifying Elliott as the suspect.
Elliot is charged with human trafficking and promoting prostitution.
His bond is set at $100 thousand.
