LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Indiana State Police (ISP) have issued an arrest warrant for a woman accused of defrauding people in southern Indiana.

Tracy Davenport owned the Davenport Extreme Pool and Spa in Louisville with her husband.

The couple is accused of being paid to install private pools that they never finished building.

She was out on bond from the charges in Clark County, but she was arrested in New Jersey for having 179 pounds of marijuana according to authorities.

Because of these new charges, ISP have revoked her bond and filed a new warrant for her arrest on Thursday.
