LMPD: 10 arrested in connection with Davis Jewelers burglary

The seven in custody have all been charged with burglary whether that be in the second or third degree.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — According to LMPD, 10 people were arrested after burglarizing Davis Jewelers store off N. Hurstbourne Ln. Police say, three juveniles were taken into custody as well. 

The 10 in custody have all been charged with burglary whether that be in the second or third degree. One individual was charged with fleeing police and receiving stolen property, according to arrest citations. 

The following individuals were arrested in connection to the burglary: Farhiyh Mohamed, Salim Hussein, Jeremiah Johnson, Lamar Easton, Maymuna Hussein and Malinda Abdi. 

Three of the individuals were arrested at Davis Jewelers. 

It is unclear at this how much damage was done to the jewelry store or how much property was stolen.
