LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A man has been hospitalized after being found shot outside of a Louisville bar.
Metro Police said 6th Division officers responded to Marma Dukes in the 4200 block of Poplar Level Road just after 11 p.m. Saturday.
The victim, who is believed to be in his 40’s, was found by officers suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the stomach.
Officers applied three chest seals to save the victim’s life.
The victim was taken to the hospital and was taken to surgery. Police believe he is expected to survive his injuries. His current condition is not known.
LMPD said all parties are accounted for in this incident.
The Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is investigating what may have led up to the shooting.
