LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Nearly two weeks after a man was shot and killed in Newburg, police said they have made a second arrest.
Anita Martinez, 34, has been charged with complicity to murder.
Police said the victim was found fatally shot around 2:15 a.m. in the 6100 block of Preston Highway on Nov. 29.
LMPD arrested 44-year old Damon P. Taylor Tuesday, and he has been charged with murder.
The victim’s identity has not yet been released.
Taylor is currently being held at Metro Corrections awaiting arraignment.
