LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A man is in critical condition in the hospital after a shooting in Old Louisville on Wednesday.
Louisville Metro Police (LMPD) said officers responded to the area of 3rd and St. Catherine Streets around 3:30 p.m. on reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived, investigators said they found a man who had been shot. First responders transported the man to the hospital with critical injuries.
Authorities said because of the nature of the shooting, their Homicide Unit is investigating.
