LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- An arrest was made Wednesday three months after a pair of women conspired to steal thousands of lottery tickets.
Police said Michelle Ross cashed the tickets that were stolen from a convenience store on Newburg road in April.
WHAS11 was told the scheme involved Ross and another woman, identified as Cherelle Gibson.
Police believe they backed a car into the store to break the glass window and then took a container full of more than 71,000 tickets and cashed them for about $200.
