Louisville woman charged after police say she robbed a Little Caesar's Pizza

Elizabethtown Police say she flashed a knife at employees and demanded cash.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Louisville woman was arrested Tuesday after police say she robbed a pizza restaurant.

At about 12:40 p.m., Elizabethtown Police officers responded to an armed robbery at the Little Caesar's Pizza located at 1512 North Dixie Highway, according to an EPD news release.

Investigators believe Shelli Davis of Louisville entered the business, brandished a knife, and demanded cash. After police say she robbed the restaurant, Davis fled the area on foot.

Within 15 minutes of receiving the initial call, Elizabethtown Police officers found and arrested Davis.

Through the investigation, officers discovered Davis also attempted a robbery at the Dollar general next door to the Little Caesar's.

Davis is charged with two counts of armed robbery. She was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center upon arrest.
