A grand jury indicted a man with charges from a fatal shooting in March at a convenience store in Louisville's Park Hill neighborhood.
A Jefferson County Grand Jury returned an indictment for Marcus McGinnis, 33, with charges of murder, convicted felon possession of a handgun and wanton endangerment (first degree).
The indictment is a result of Louisville Metro Police Department's investigation into a homicide at Farm Boy Convenience Store on March 30, 2024. Dominique Dudley, 29, was shot and killed inside the store.
McGinnis is currently in federal custody on charges unrelated to this incident.
