LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville Police are investigating after a man was found dead in a Park Hill residence on New Year's Day.
At about 1:45 a.m., Louisville Metro Police responded to a "person down" in the back of a residence in the 1700 block of Wilson Avenue, according to an LMPD news release.
Officers on scene found a man believed to be "obviously deceased." The cause of death will be released after the autopsy, according to authorities.
LMPD's Homicide Unit is conducting a death investigation.
