LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A man is recovering in the hospital after he was shot early Wednesday morning in the Wilder Park neighborhood.
Just after 12:30 a.m., Louisville Metro police responded to reports of a shooting in the 4300 block of South 3rd Street, according to an LMPD news release.
Officers on scene found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. He was taken to UofL Hospital where authorities say he is expected to survive.
