LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A man was shot to death in the Okolona neighborhood Saturday night.
Louisville Metro Police (LMPD) responded to a call of a of a person shot in the 7500 block of Dunwoody Court around 11:45 p.m.
When officers arrived, they said they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound with no pulse. LMPD said officers and emergency medical personnel performed CPR and other life saving measures, but were unsuccessful. The man was pronounced dead on scene.
LMPD's Homicide Unit is leading this investigation. There are currently no known suspects and police are asking for the public's help.
