LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A man is in the hospital after he was shot Thursday night in the Newburg neighborhood.
At about 10:30 p.m., Louisville Metro police responded to a shooting in the 5400 block of Indian Oaks Circle, according to an LMPD news release.
Officers on scene found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to UofL Hospital where officials say they expect him to survive.
