LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A man is in the hospital after he was shot early Monday morning in the California neighborhood.
At about 2 a.m., Louisville Metro police responded to a shooting in the 1500 block of West Breckinridge Street, according to an LMPD news release.
Officers on scene found a man in his 60's suffering from a gunshot wound to his torso. First responders applied a chest seal to the victim before transporting him to UofL Hospital, where authorities expect him to survive.
