(WHAS 11)--Metro Police have arrested a man they say is responsible for two local bank robberies.
18-year-old Cody Basham was arrested March 27 after police used forensics to link him to the crimes.
He's accused of robbing this Stock Yards Bank on Outer Loop March 25 not far from Jefferson Mall.
Police say he handed the teller a note demanding cash and left after getting the money.
Basham's also accused of robbing a Fifth-Third bank on Dixie Highway near Holy Cross High School March 23.
