LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville Metro Police are investigating after thieves attempted to steal an ATM from an eastern Jefferson County bank.
Eighth Division officers responded to the Chase Bank in the Holiday Manor Shopping Center around 6:30 a.m. Saturday.
According to their preliminary investigation, some individuals hooked the machine up to a Ford F-350, ripping it from the ground.
LMPD says vehicles in a nearby apartment complex were damaged in the attempted theft and no money was taken from the ATM.
Police do not have any suspects.
